Our studio is located on the 2nd floor.
Parking is available in the Anderson Ave parking lot. From the lot, enter through Door #2 with the yellow awning. Head upstairs to the 2nd floor and you’ll find us there.

What ages are your classes for?
Bloom & Breathe offers classes for preschoolers, elementary-aged children, and occasional specialty workshops for older kids and families. Each class listing includes the recommended age range.
Does my child need yoga experience?
Not at all! Most children are brand new to yoga when they begin. Our classes are playful, welcoming, and designed for beginners.
What happens in a typical class?
Classes may include yoga poses, movement games, mindfulness activities, introduction to meditation, mantras, affirmations, breathing exercises, stories, music, relaxation, and creative play — all tailored to your child’s age group.
Is this a religious program?
No. Our classes focus on movement, mindfulness, emotional wellness, creativity, and relaxation in a child-friendly and inclusive way.⸻Logistics & Policies
Do parents stay during class?
Our classes are designed to be drop-off style unless otherwise noted. Parents are welcome to relax in the lounge area adjacent to the studio.
What should my child wear?
Comfortable clothes they can easily move in barefoot. Please remove jewelry such as beaded bracelets, necklaces and rings for safety.
Does my child need to bring a yoga mat?
Nope! Mats and props are provided, though children are welcome to bring their own if preferred.
What if my child is shy or has trouble participating?
That’s completely okay. We create a gentle, low-pressure environment where children can warm up at their own pace.
Are classes session-based or drop-in?
Most classes are offered in multi-week sessions to help children build comfort, confidence, and routine.
What is your refund/makeup policy?
Once a session has started, we cannot offer any refund on registration. If there is a cancellation from the studio, a makeup date or credit will be provided.
Are instructors insured and background checked?
Yes. Bloom & Breathe instructors are fully insured and experienced working with children in educational and enrichment settings. Both instructors are certified yoga teachers and/or certified kids yoga teachers. My child is neurodivergent/sensitive/anxious.
Are your classes a good fit?
Absolutely. We strive to create a supportive, sensory-aware environment where all children feel welcome and successful.

What if my child can’t sit still?
Perfect. They’re a kid. Children do not need to be calm, quiet, flexible, or perfectly focused to benefit from yoga. We strive to create a safe and welcoming space for children of all abilities. If your child requires additional support, please reach out so we can help make their experience as accessible and successful as possible.
Do you offer school enrichment programs or in-school yoga units?
Yes! Bloom & Breathe partners with schools, preschools, homeschool groups, libraries, and community programs to bring mindfulness and movement directly to children in familiar learning environments. We can offer one-time workshops, multi-week enrichment sessions, themed yoga units, mindfulness programming, or collaborative classes that integrate art, literacy, SEL, nature, or seasonal themes.Programs can be adapted for preschool through middle school and are designed to be engaging, inclusive, and developmentally appropriate.
